DON'T LET LIMITATIONS IN YOUR PHYSICAL HEALTH AND MENTAL HEALTH DEFINE YOU! WE CAN ALL BOUNCE BACK!

I said I was building something special, if this is what can be done in a matter of months through my experience and journey then watch this space, I’m inspired, I care and I just want to help people, it’s you who picked me up and that’s what’s inspired me to give back. That little seed is now 🌳 I’m going plant many more seeds 🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳

At Trust In Community - The TIC Group✅ as well as community support, I wanted to create something for the local area to provide food and nutritional support to anyone who needs it and much more, we now have some amazing partnerships with organisations like Blackpool Food Bank who provide support to over 100 food services across the Fylde Coast. 🤝

✨We have just partnered with Feeding Britain who will provide us with more support, resources and funding.🙌 🏘️ And something I’m extremely proud of, we now get to offer affordable nutrition to Regenda’s Lighthouse View independent living complex, but not just to provide food but also support, and engage daily with the residents, linking the residents with TIC’s initiatives, for them to help shape the future of the organisation and its future endeavours, while helping support their health & wellbeing, with a mission of linking Lighthouse View with the community to deliver community focused projects and health and well-being activities. I always wanted to position my organisation to be more than just food support, and the opportunity to work with the residents and the team at Lighthouse View is an truly an honour.

This also extends the reach and impact of my organisation with TIC✅ now positioned to provide solutions to food insecurity and poverty, while helping improve health and well-being across the Wyre area, and I’ll be working hard to build more relationships with organisations, businesses and individuals to help create better support and care for people and communities locally.

It doesn’t stop there with still so much more behind the scenes with another partnership to provide preventive measures and support against homelessness, and support with financial hardship, mental health support and pain management, and of course a blossoming relationship with Blackpool Food Bank to create something much more than just food packages, a full wrap around support network. This is just the beginning of an organisation that is focused on giving back to the community and those in need.

All this will of course provide volunteering opportunities, and in time create jobs, but jobs with a difference, jobs that are all about giving back and helping people grow and flourish. Something that has always been a focus, im keen to help those with limitations like mine and any other issues that would hold people back from earning a wage, but its more than that I want to create something that can give people skills, development opportunities but also bring people together for the greater cause.

As I have mentioned I have my limitations and that is why this is something for people to get involved in, and if we continue on the mission and get the support, there will be plenty of opportunities for people and other organisations to come onboard and help the project grow. I am all for collaboration and I truly believe that we’re stronger when we’re working together.

I’d like to say we’ve done it, but in all honesty I’m just getting started.

NEVER GIVE UP!

If I can do this from where I was last year and the horrendous journey I’ve been on with my health for 3 and a bit years, anyone can, and ill help you!

Honestly follow your heart and focus on something your passionate about. This honestly is better than any medicine, by focusing on giving back and helping others, it improves my own well-being and honestly fills me with such pride and joy. I really recommend switch your focus to life of giving back and supporting others.

This is all for my family, my friends, the supporters, the community and anyone whoever feels like giving up, you can honestly bounce back. This is all started through me reaching out and realising I wasn’t alone, and those who lifted me up, inspired me and lit a fire in my belly again.

NEVER GIVE UP. REACH OUT. My door is always open and if this is something you want to get involved in then just ask, I’ll welcome anyone who want to help lift other people up and have a positive impact on peoples lives.

Thank you

Scott
